Shelly Elmer

Shelly Elmer has a strong background in banking and finance, with over three decades of experience in the industry. Shelly began their career in 1983 at US Bank as AVP, Small Business Lender, and worked there until 1998. After that, they joined Key Bank as Vice President, Relationship Manager, where they were responsible for maintaining relationships with business clients. In 2005, Shelly joined Pacific Continental Bank as Vice President, Commercial Lender, where they managed and administered a portfolio of $17mm in loans and successfully acquired new commercial relationships. In 2006, they moved to Riverview Community Bank as Vice President, Commercial Lender, where they developed 40 new customer relationships with deposit and borrowing relationships of over $35mm. Currently, Shelly holds the position of Vice President, Relationship Manager at Banner Bank since 2012.

Shelly Elmer attended Eastern Washington University from 1982 to 1983, where they studied Psychology. Shelly did not obtain a degree during this time.
