Michael Collins

Michael Collins is an experienced leader in diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) with a track record of impactful roles at major organizations. Currently serving as the Global Head of DEI Business Partners at Barclays, Collins also holds the position of Americas Head of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. Prior to joining Barclays in May 2023, Collins spent nearly five years at Google, where responsibilities included DEI Partnerships Strategy and Operations and serving as Chief of Staff to the Chief Diversity Officer. Earlier experience includes a Senior Strategy Consultant role at Accenture and leadership positions at Diversity Best Practices and J.Crew. Collins holds an MBA from Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management and advanced degrees in African American Studies from Columbia University and Northwestern University.
