Emma McConkey

Emma McConkey has a diverse work experience in the legal field. Emma most recently served as a Senior Legal Counsel at Silver Chain Group since February 2022 and previously as a Legal Counsel from June 2021. Prior to that, they were the Principal & Director of Bare Law at Bare starting from February 2021. Emma also worked as a Legal Counsel at Medibank from July 2016 to August 2019, and as a Legal Counsel at Regis Aged Care from July 2013 to June 2016. Emma began their legal career as a Solicitor at Herbert Smith Freehills from February 2009 to June 2013 and gained early experience as a Legal & Risk Assistant at UGL Limited from October 2006 to November 2008.

Emma McConkey completed their Bachelor of Law (Hons) and Mass Communication (Public Relations) degree at Murdoch University from 2004 to 2008. In 2014, they obtained a certification as a Certified Change Management Practitioner from APMG. In 2018 to 2019, Emma attended Elixr School of Pilates for Reformer Pilates Teacher Training. Most recently, in 2021, they completed a Practice Management Course at Leo Cussen Centre for Law.
