Paul H. Diouri

Paul H. Diouri has over 27 years of experience in risk management and investment. Paul H. currently serves as the Chief Risk Officer (CRO) at Barings. In their previous role at Schroders, they were the Head of Risk - Americas, responsible for all aspects of risk management in the region. Before that, they were the Head of Investment Risk at J.P. Morgan Asset Management, where they established the investment risk management function and oversaw $1 trillion of assets. Paul H. also served as the Chief Risk Officer at Primus Asset Management and was responsible for risk management of various products. Additionally, they worked at TIAA as the MD - Head of Risk for Private Assets and at Natixis as the Head of US Portfolio Management, where they established and led credit portfolio management functions.

Paul H. Diouri participated in the Columbia Business School Executive Education Program at Columbia University in 2019, focusing on Leading Strategic Growth. Paul H. also pursued Executive Education in Credit Portfolio Management at New York University.
