Thomas Nadovich

Thomas Nadovich has a strong background in engineering, with experience in various roles and industries. Thomas is currently the Director of Engineering at Barrett Technology, a position they have held since September 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Engineering Manager at Barrett Technology from May 2021 to August 2022. Before joining Barrett Technology, Thomas worked at Silverside Detectors Inc. as an Electrical & Computer Engineer from July 2014 to May 2018. In this role, they were responsible for developing data acquisition, communication, and power systems for radiation detection devices, including PCB design and manufacturing, firmware development, and software development. Thomas also collaborated with manufacturing and test engineers to ensure quality and manufacturability. Earlier in their career, Thomas worked at Boston University Electronics Design Facility as a Student Engineering Technician from August 2012 to May 2014. There, they designed, assembled, and tested printed circuit boards and developed embedded C code for microcontrollers. Thomas also participated in soldering workshop outreach activities. Thomas began their professional career at JTAN in May 2011, where they served as a Programmer and App Designer. In this role, they developed an Android application for reflectometry unit conversions and a magnetic interlock detection device using Arduino and Java.

Thomas Nadovich completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering at Boston University from 2010 to 2014.
