Mohamad Amin

Mohamad Amin has a diverse work experience. Mohamad most recently worked at BASQUEVOLT as a Process Engineer starting in February 2023. Prior to that, they had a long tenure at Samsung SDI starting in 2014. At Samsung SDI, they held multiple roles including Assistant Manager Production Manufacturing, Senior Production Engineer, and Production Support Engineer. In these positions, they were responsible for various tasks such as leading cost-saving projects, managing production loss control, coordinating electrode inventory, and providing production support. Before joining Samsung SDI, they briefly worked as an Assistant Mechanic at Sri Baru Fast Automobile.

Mohamad Amin's education history begins in 2009 when they enrolled in the International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM). Mohamad pursued a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and specialized in Mechanical Automotive Engineering. Mohamad completed their studies in 2014. Prior to that, from 2006 to 2009, they attended Universiti Teknologi Malaysia where they obtained a Diploma in Engineering, with a focus on Mechanical Engineering. Before entering university, they attended MARA Junior Science College (MRSM) from 2004 to 2005, where they studied in the Science Stream.

In addition to their formal education, Mohamad Amin has obtained various certifications. In 2019, they received certifications from DreamCatcher Consulting in "Industry 4.0 - Root Cause Analysis for Problem Solving and Decision Making," "LEAN tools for Effective Waste Elimination Part 1," "LEAN tools for Effective Waste Elimination Part 2," and "Industry 4.0 - Manufacturing Essential: Embracing Changes." In 2016, they received certifications in "Microsoft Excel 2007/2010 - Intermediate & Advanced" from TED Learning Sdn Bhd and "ISO/TS 16949:2009" related certifications from BSI Neville Clarke – A BSI Professional Services Company. In 2015, they obtained certifications in "Total Cost Reduction TF Activities" from Samsung SDI, "Workmanship Training Course" from Focus Learning Consulting, "7 QC Tools" from IMTEQ Solution, and "ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System Requirement" from BSI Neville Clarke – A BSI Professional Services Company.
