Mikko Lampi

Mikko Lampi is the Chief Professional Services Officer at Basware. Mikko has over fifteen years of experience in leading large business units and teams, and has a strong background in software development and architecture. Prior to joining Basware, Mikko was a Member of the Board at Ohjelmistoyrittäjät, Finnish Software Entrepreneurs, where they were responsible for the design and development of large it-architectures, defining requirements, customer consulting regarding architectures, roadmaps, security and performance. Customers included large Finnish government organizations, cities, municipalities and corporations. Their role consisted of pre-sales activities, overall architecture responsibility, development activities and process consultation for customers.

Before Ohjelmistoyrittäjät, Mikko spent fourteen years at Innofactor, where they were VP of Customer Solutions and Head of Innofactor's largest business unit covering communication, eServices & digital channels, sales and account management solutions. Their main responsibilities included the overall responsibility on Customer Solutions unit’s performance compared to strategic goals, including P&L, sales, enterprise accounts, deliveries, strategy and employees. Mikko was also responsible for the Deputy Managing Director of Innofactor’s operations in Finland and was a member of the Group executive board.

Mikko Lampi has a Master of Science in Computer Software Engineering from Teknillinen korkeakoulu-Tekniska högskolan and excellent degrees from high school.
