Javier Folgar

Javier Folgar is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in marketing, communications, and organizational leadership. As the President and Founder of TOA Waters since July 2020, Javier has focused on providing health and beauty products for individuals seeking rejuvenation. Prior to this role, Javier served as the Director of Communications for Bat Conservation International and held the position of Director of Marketing and Communications at the Appalachian Trail Conservancy from 2010 to 2018, where strategic national campaigns were developed to enhance brand identity and financial support. Earlier career milestones include marketing and communications management at Clinilabs, Inc., human resources management at AMC Theatres, and community-focused initiatives as a Project Coordinator Intern at Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of NJ. Javier holds an MBA from Montclair State University and a BA in Marketing from Rutgers University - Newark.
