Kira Mingua, CPA, MBA, currently serves as the Director of Integrations at Pye-Barker Fire & Safety, where responsibilities include managing the integration of newly acquired companies following an acquisition. Kira Mingua has been the Chief Financial Officer and Controller at Bates Security since December 2015, overseeing all accounting, finance, and HR functions for multiple legal entities. In addition to corporate roles, Kira Mingua contributes to academia as a Subject Matter Expert at Western Governors University, an Online Facilitator at Eastern Kentucky University, and an Adjunct Professor at Sullivan University. Kira Mingua's professional background includes experience as a Senior Accountant at AECOM and a Lead Accountant at DFAS, where notable contributions included ensuring financial support for wounded soldiers.
