Andrew Weber has had an extensive and diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Andrew began their career as a Senior Research Assistant at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center, where they conducted bench research in infectious diseases and published multiple scientific papers. Andrew then worked as a Sales Professional and later as a Marketing Professional at Eli Lilly & Company. At Janssen, Pharmaceutical Companies of Johnson and Johnson, they held roles as the Director of Marketing for Central Nervous System & Neurology and as the Senior Director of Global Strategic Marketing. During their time at Johnson & Johnson, they also served as the Senior Director of Marketing and the Director of Managed Markets Marketing. After that, they worked at the Pharmaceutical Research and Manufacturers of America (PhRMA) as a Marketing and Communications Executive. Following their time at PhRMA, they joined CancerCare as the Director of Business Development. Andrew then served as the Executive Vice President at the Patient Advocate Foundation. Currently, Andrew is working at Bausch Health Companies Inc. as the Director of Patient Assistance.
Andrew Weber received a Masters degree in Public Health (MPH) with a focus on Epidemiology/Biostatistics from the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center from 1979 to 1981. Andrew then obtained an MBA in Marketing from Oklahoma City University from 1983 to 1985. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Zoology/Chemistry from Southern Illinois University from 1975 to 1979. In 2010, they completed an Advanced Program in Financial Administration at the University of Chicago. Andrew also holds a certification as a Six Sigma Green Belt, although details about its acquisition are not provided.
