Meagan McDonald, PHR, SHRM-CP has over 17 years of experience in human resources management. Meagan most recently served as the Vice President of People Operations at Bay Area Clinical Associates, P.C. starting in April 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the Human Resources Director at Trelleborg Healthcare & Medical Paso Robles from June 2016 to April 2022. In this role, they provided consulting on HR-related issues, developed integrated solutions, and delivered value-added services. Before that, Meagan was the Human Resources Manager at Specialty Silicone Fabricators from February 2009 to June 2016. Meagan partnered with leaders to cultivate high-performing teams, implemented HR initiatives, and built training programs. Earlier in their career, they served as the Human Resources Supervisor at Specialty Silicone Fabricators from May 2005 to February 2009. Meagan McDonald, PHR, SHRM-CP holds a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Management from the University of La Verne. In addition to their academic credentials, they have obtained certifications in various areas. Meagan received their PHR certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in May 2008, and their SHRM-CP certification from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) in June 2015. Most recently, Meagan obtained a Health Coach Certification from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in 2021.
