Darcey Rhoades

Darcey Rhoades is the Vice President and Head of U.S. Corporate and Privacy Law at Bayer. They have a comprehensive legal background, including experience as a Senior Consultant at Arthur Andersen LLP and as an Associate at Pepper Hamilton LLP. After starting at Bayer in 2009 as Counsel, Darcey has advanced through various roles within the company, including Senior Counsel and Director of Data Privacy, and they recently held the position of Vice President and Head of U.S. Data Privacy from 2022 to 2024. Darcey earned a JD from the University of Virginia School of Law and holds a B.S. from Washington and Lee University.
