Francois Forcellino is a seasoned leader in biologics and parenterals manufacturing, currently serving as VP and Head of Biologics & Parenterals External Manufacturing at Bayer since July 2018. With significant experience in the pharmaceutical industry, Forcellino previously held various roles at Novartis, including Head of Manufacturing Excellence for the Global Biologics Manufacturing network, where efforts led to substantial operational savings and advancements in supply robustness. Earlier positions included leadership roles in process engineering and manufacturing science, overseeing large, multidisciplinary teams and driving innovations in production technologies. Forcellino's career also includes directorial roles at Celonic AG and Eugenex Biotechnologies GmbH, complemented by a Master of Science in Biotechnology Engineering from the Biotechnology Engineering School in Marseille.
