Mariel Foronda

Mariel Foronda is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in learning experience design, instructional design, and training management. Currently serving as Chief Learning Experience and Instructional Designer at Mandala Learning and Consulting since June 2019, Mariel collaborates with coaches and educators to develop effective learning programs. In addition, Mariel holds positions as Senior Manager for Learning and Training at Bayer, Mentor for Learning Program Design at Collective Brains, and Learning Program Design Consultant at Passionista Camp, all while providing mental health first response services as an independent consultant. Mariel's previous experience at Accenture included roles as Program and Project Manager, Offshore Manager for Training and Performance Support, and Knowledge Manager, where Mariel led multiple teams in designing and implementing educational solutions across various industries. Mariel holds a BA in Organizational Communication from the University of the Philippines and a degree in Training Development and Management from De La Salle - College of St. Benilde.
