Nalini Polavarapu

Nalini Polavarapu is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in analytics and data science, currently serving as Vice President of Enterprise Analytics and Data Science at Bayer and Head of Data Science - Customer Centricity. Nalini holds the position of Senior Advisor and Adjunct Professor at the University of Chicago. Prior roles include Digital Innovations Lead, IT and Analytics Strategy Lead, Global Analytics Lead, and Predictive Analytics Lead at Monsanto Company. Nalini began a career in academia and research as a Research Assistant at Georgia Institute of Technology and as a Student Researcher at both Georgia Tech and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. Nalini earned a PhD in Bioinformatics - Computer Science and a Master of Science in Computer Science from Georgia Institute of Technology.
