Shauna Meyer

Shauna Meyer has a diverse work experience spanning over 25 years. Shauna currently holds the position of Director of Finance at BAYSTAR™ / Bayport Polymers LLC, a role they have held since April 2019. Prior to this, they served as Vice President Finance at Nabors Industries from July 2013 to March 2019. At Nabors Industries, Shauna also held the role of Controller from July 2004 to July 2013, where they were responsible for financial reporting, operations finance, forecasting, and annual budget process for an international business unit operating in over 20 countries with $1.5B in revenues.

Before joining Nabors Industries, Shauna worked at Duke Energy in 2003 as a Project Manager. From 2000 to 2003, they served as Director of Finance at AIG, where they executed changes to the enterprise accounting system resulting in increased visibility and process efficiency. Prior to that, they were a Project Manager - Cargo Revenue Management at Continental Airlines from 1997 to 2000, where they implemented a revenue management system for the worldwide cargo operation.

Shauna started their career at CSC as a Consultant from 1996 to 1997 and also worked at American General Life Companies (now part of the AIG Family!) as a Consultant from 1995 to 1996. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated a strong ability to drive process improvements and enhance financial reporting systems.

Shauna Meyer completed their Bachelor of Science in Business with a specialization in Finance and Economics at Indiana University Bloomington from 1984 to 1989. Later, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Finance at Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU) from 1991 to 1993.
