Hillari M. Garner

Hillari M. Garner is an experienced professional in engineering, technical support, and radiation safety, currently serving in a contract position at BC Technical, Inc since January 2013, focusing on programming and website development. Garner previously founded and operated Cosmic Caramels, specializing in gourmet caramels and toffee from 2009 to 2014. A former Space Scholar Research Intern at the Air Force Research Laboratory, Garner conducted advanced research in ionosphere physics with a focus on space weather dynamics. Earlier experience includes work as an Atmospheric Scientist at Meteorological Solutions Inc, where responsibilities included data analysis for wind energy assessments and environmental regulation research. Garner holds a Master of Systems Engineering and a Master of Aeronautical Science from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Meteorology and Physics from the University of Utah.
