Christina Boesenberg has over 20 years of transformation and turnaround experience. Christina currently works at BCG BrightHouse as the Managing Director & Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Lead. Christina supports clients in various industries with major transformational programs. Prior to this role, they were a Partner at EY, where they specialized in People & Culture Transformations. Christina was also a Managing Partner at TRANSFORMATION PARTNERS, where they provided support for digital transformations, business model innovation, and post-merger integrations. Christina has also held roles at encourageventures e.V., ESMT Berlin, STRIVE Magazine, CoachHub, Mission Female, Kienbaum, and Mercer.

Christina Boesenberg's education history includes the following:

- From 2007 to 2008, they attended Harvard Business School and obtained a Diploma in The HBS Advanced Management Program.

- From 2006 to 2008, they studied at Hult Ashridge and earned a Master's degree in Executive Consulting and Coaching.

- From 1991 to 1997, they attended Leibniz Universität Hannover and received a Diploma in Organisational Psychology.

- From 1983 to 1990, they studied at Helene Lange Schule in Hannover and obtained their Abitur.

In addition to their formal education, Christina Boesenberg has obtained several certifications. Christina became certified in SAFe Scaled Agile through Scaled Agile, Inc. in May 2017. Christina also acquired an Agile Coach certification from the same institution in March 2017. Additionally, they have certifications in various psychometrics such as INSEAD 360°, HDI PROFILOR, HOGAN, DISG, MBTI I+II, and Gallup Strength Finder from Hogan Assessments. Furthermore, they hold a certification as a Scrum Master SSM (SAFe 4.0) from Scaled Agile, Inc.
