Elsie Chin

Elsie Chin has extensive work experience in the technology and IT industry. Elsie has held various leadership roles, including Vice President of Technology Operations at BCI starting in 2020. Prior to that, they worked at TELUS for 12 years as a Director of Technology Strategy & Business Transformation. Elsie also served as a Senior IT Program Director at HealthCare Benefit Trust and as a Director of Application Development at Service Corporation International. In addition, Elsie worked as a Senior Program Manager at TELUS and as a Project Manager at the British Columbia Securities Commission. Elsie started their career as an Information Service Manager at H.A. Simons Engineering and worked in Product & Business Development at Boswell International Technologies.

Elsie Chin has a master's degree in Management Studies from the University of Cambridge and a bachelor's degree in Management Science with Computing from the University of Kent. Elsie also holds various certifications including Certified ScrumMaster from Scrum Alliance, ITIL Foundation from Global Knowledge, Project Management Professional (PMP) from Project Management Institute, Canadian Security Course from Canadian Securities Institute (CSI), and a Personal Financial Planner Associate Certificate from the British Columbia Institute of Technology.
