Matt Wilson has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles.

Matt is currently the Co-Founder and Managing Partner at BDev Ventures, where they focus on accelerating growth for portfolio companies. Matt utilizes a proven, proprietary model that has generated significant revenue growth for BairesDev, making it the largest bootstrapped and organically-grown IT services company in history and the fastest-growing software development company globally.

In addition, Matt is a Venture Advisor at Predisrupt Venture Studios, where they provide advisory services for startup ventures. Matt is also a Strategic Advisor at Creceras, where they offer strategic guidance to the company.

Prior to their current roles, Matt served as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Board Member at Happy Money. In this position, they helped redefine people's relationship with money by eliminating credit card debt and building healthy financial habits. Matt played a key role in helping Happy Money members pay off over $3 billion in debt.

Before joining Happy Money, Matt worked as the VP of Corporate Development at Tradewind Capital Group, an investment firm focused on real estate, private equity, and corporate development. Matt reported directly to the CEO and was responsible for various investment activities.

Matt's early career experience includes a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School, where they focused on strategy and finance. Matt also gained experience as a Product Management Summer Intern at PIMCO, learning about macroeconomic forecasting and investment strategies.

Prior to their civilian career, Matt served as an Intelligence Officer in the United States Navy. During their tenure, they led teams of intelligence analysts and provided analysis on international military developments in Asia and the Middle East.

Following this, they attended Harvard Business School where they completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Strategy and Finance from 2008 to 2010. Matt further pursued their education at Hawaii Pacific University, earning a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Communication from 2010 to 2012.
