Steve Hemingway has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of health, safety, and environment (HSE). Steve has held various positions in different companies, contributing to their HSE objectives and creating a safe working environment for employees.
Starting from their most recent role, Hemingway served as the Corporate EHS Director at Beacon Building Products, where they were responsible for driving HSE uniformity across the company's locations. Steve implemented virtual locations using SharePoint to replicate the physical locations and ensure consistent safety measures.
Before that, Hemingway worked as the HSE, Business Continuity, and Employee Wellness Global Business Partner at Rolls-Royce, where they focused on promoting personal health and safety, environmental protection, and employee well-being throughout the Naval Defense value stream.

Steve also worked at Johnson & Johnson as the Worldwide HSE Director, overseeing the development and implementation of a global health, safety, environmental, and ergonomic program. Steve created programs for waste management, recycling, air emissions, hazardous waste, and various safety protocols.
