Shawn Zimmerman

Shawn Zimmerman has extensive experience in human resources and leadership roles. Shawn currently serves as the Chief People Officer at Beauty Industry Group, where they are responsible for developing and executing the people strategy to support the company's global business strategy. Prior to this, Zimmerman worked at Cardinal Health as the Vice President of HR Specialty Solutions & Pharma Commercial Excellence, where they played a key role in developing and executing the business strategy for the company's Pharma Segment. Shawn also held the position of Vice President of Human Resources at Kellogg Company, leading the HR team for Kellogg North America. Zimmerman has also worked at CDI Corporation as the SVP and CHRO, and at The Hershey Company as the Vice President of Global Talent & Organization Capability and the Vice President of Global HR. Shawn has additional experience at Bristol-Myers Squibb, where they held various HR leadership positions supporting different regions and business units.
