Steve Nicholls

Steve Nicholls has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Steve started their career at Hewlett-Packard in 2003, where they worked as a Project Lead on various projects involving data processing and business process improvements. In 2006, they joined Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council as part of the IT Project Team, where they served as a Project Manager and Business Analyst, responsible for implementing the 'Wisdom' Electronic Record Management System.

In 2008, Steve joined BAE Systems as an IT Project Manager, delivering IT infrastructure projects for the Typhoon aircraft program. Steve managed multiple projects, including the delivery of IT infrastructure for the Typhoon National Support Centre and the development and pricing of IT solutions for international customers.

Steve then moved to Sainsbury's in 2012, initially as an IT Infrastructure Project Manager.
