Daniel Loria

Daniel Loria has extensive work experience in HR and leadership roles. Daniel started their career at Kellogg Company and held senior HR positions in various countries. Daniel then joined Citigroup as VP of HR before moving on to Novartis V&D, where they served as the Global Head of Human Resources and later as the HR Head for Latin America. Daniel proceeded to work at Royal and Sun Alliance as the VP HR for Latin America and then at Syngenta as the HR Vice President for North America. After that, they joined Millicom as EVP/CHRO/Senior Advisor to the CEO. Daniel also founded Loria Coaching and HR Solutions, where they served as a Certified Organizational and Executive Coach as well as a Leadership Consultant. Currently, they hold the position of CHRO Becle at Jose Cuervo.

Daniel Loria obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Communication from Tecnológico de Monterrey from 1978 to 1981. Daniel then earned a Masters degree in Organizational Communication from California State University, Fullerton, from 1984 to 1986.
