Catsy Lam

Catsy Lam is an accomplished Material Technology Manager in Specimen Management R&D at BD since June 2022, overseeing material innovation and sustainability efforts for blood collection devices, while leading cross-functional teams in material risk mitigation projects with significant revenue impact. As an Executive Member of the International LEAP Network, Catsy engages with a global community of leaders to drive growth and community impact. Previously, extensive experience at Victaulic involved leadership roles in materials R&D, focusing on sealing and coating technologies across various critical markets. Educational background includes a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Lehigh University and Polytechnic Institute of New York University, respectively.
