Valérie Lanteri

Valérie LANTERI is a seasoned professional in customer service and project management, currently serving as the Senior Manager of Customer Service for EMEA & North America at BD since April 2016, focusing on the medical devices sector. Prior to this role, Valérie founded VLA Consultant, contributing as a Senior Project Manager in Interim Management from 2012 to March 2016. Valérie's extensive experience includes positions such as Customer Service Director for EMEA at Integra LifeSciences, Customer Service Manager at RHODIA (Solvay SA), and various customer service management roles at COMAP and Dow Pharmaceutical Sciences. Valérie began a career in export sales administration at MATRA COMMUNICATION. Valérie holds an executive Master’s degree in Global Sourcing & Supply Chain from HEC Paris and an MBA from ESC Poitiers and Leicester University, with a focus on customer satisfaction models and tools.
