Kelly Weingart

Kelly Weingart has extensive work experience in various roles related to talent acquisition, human resources, and education. Kelly currently serves as the Director of Talent Acquisition at Behavior Change Institute since August 2021. Previously, they held the position of Talent Acquisition and Retention Manager at the same company from September 2018 to September 2021. Before that, they worked as a Recruiter from September 2015 to September 2018 and as a Human Resources Assistant from October 2014 to September 2015.

In addition to their role in the field of talent acquisition, Kelly has also worked in academia. Kelly worked as an Adjunct Instructor at Yavapai College from October 2018 to December 2019. Prior to that, they served as a Lecturer and Course Development staff at Chattanooga State Community College from June 2012 to May 2015 and as a Lecturer at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga from July 2012 to August 2014.

Continuing their academic journey, they earned a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Philosophy and Religious Studies from Gonzaga University, from 2009 to 2011.
