Benjamin Gugger has extensive work experience in the engineering and technology field. Benjamin currently holds the position of Head of Technology at Bell Food Group AG since February 2020. Prior to this, they worked at Franke from 2012 to 2020, where they held various roles including Head of Engineering at KWC plant, Head of Industrial Engineering & Maintenance in China, and Central Engineering for Water Systems division. Benjamin also worked as an Industrial Engineer and Project Engineer & KAM in the Water Systems division. In 2009, Benjamin worked as a Design Engineer in China for Franke Foodservice Systems. Overall, their experience spans across international project management, machinery standardization, and R&D in the stainless-steel sheet metal forming field.

Benjamin Gugger completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Northwestern Switzerland FHNW in the years 2009 to 2012. Benjamin then pursued further education at DTU - Technical University of Denmark, where they obtained their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mechanical Engineering in 2011-2012. Later, they enrolled at the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Northwestern Switzerland FHNW, completing their Master of Advanced Studies in Business Engineering Management from 2016 to 2018.
