Roberto Reyes

Roberto Reyes is an experienced culinary professional with a robust background in executive chef roles across various prestigious organizations. Currently serving as Executive Chef at both Aramark and Benbow Historic Inn since May and August 2021 respectively, Roberto previously held positions as Executive Sous Chef at San Pablo Lytton Casino and Executive Chef/F&B Director at DoubleTree by Hilton, where a layoff occurred. Additional experience includes seasonal work as Executive Sous Chef at Whaler’s Cove Lodge, task force role at CANVAS HOTEL, and extensive tenure at Wise Villa Winery and Northern Dream Alaska Yacht Charters, focusing on menu management, food cost, and customer satisfaction.
