Nancy Gervais, SHRM-SCP, CDR has over 20 years of experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Nancy is currently working at Berklee College of Music as an Associate Director, Talent Acquisition. Prior to this role, Nancy was the Talent Acquisition & Retention Manager at Berklee College of Music and also served as a Temporary Recruiter. Nancy has also worked at Teach For America as the Director of Talent Recruitment, at Bright Horizons as the Director of Corporate Talent Acquisition, and at State Street where they held various roles including Vice President, Talent Acquisition Manager and Assistant Vice President, Talent Acquisition Manager. Nancy has extensive experience in building relationships with business units, providing strategic advice to senior leaders, and managing projects, including those focused on recruiting students and incorporating diversity into candidate pools. Nancy began their career as the Director of Recruiting at John Hancock.
Nancy Gervais, SHRM-SCP, CDR holds a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree from the University of Phoenix, which they obtained from 2009 to 2011. Nancy also has a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Nichols College, which they completed from 1991 to 1998.
