Kseniya Ligay

Kseniya Ligay has extensive work experience in various roles spanning multiple companies. Kseniya is currently serving as the Head of Customer Service at BestDoctor since January 2022. Prior to this, they worked at GeekBrains as the Head of Customer Support from July 2020 to January 2022. Kseniya also served as the Head of Education Department at Yandex.Taxi from November 2018 to July 2020. From June 2016 to September 2018, they worked as a Support Team Lead at Rocketbank. Before that, they worked in the restaurant industry as a PR and Marketing Specialist from September 2013 to July 2016.

Kseniya Ligay attended Krasnoyarsk State Pedagogical University named after V.P. Astafieva from 2005 to 2010. Kseniya earned a Specialist degree in History and Law during their time there.
