Sophie Colombier

Sophie Colombier is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in office management, well-being initiatives, and business development. Currently serving as Office & Well-being Manager at Better Collective since November 2017, Sophie oversees real estate projects, workspace design, and organizes internal events to promote workplace well-being. Previously, as a co-founder of EPIL & CO and PERMIS DISCOUNT, Sophie gained entrepreneurial experience in sales and communication development. Sophie's career includes roles as a Sales Executive at Abbey Road Studios and Deluxe Entertainment Services Group, where business development and project management were key responsibilities, as well as earlier positions in recruitment and media buying. Sophie holds a Master's degree in International Buyer/Supply Chain from the Centre des Techniques Internationales and a Level 1 Civic Prevention and Relief certification.
