Gigi Sluiter

Gigi Sluiter has over 20 years of work experience in the Human Resources field. Gigi began their career in 1997 as a Personnel Supervisor for J.W. Cross & Associates, Inc. D.B.A. Express Personnel Services. In 1998, they moved on to Bon Secours Cottage Health Services as a Human Resources Consultant. In 2006, they became a Sr. Employee/Labor Relations Representative for Henry Ford Macomb Hospital - Warren Campus. That same year, they also took on the role of Human Resources Manager for Sodexho. In 2010, they moved on to Henry Ford Macomb Hospitals as a Human Resources Manager and Human Resources Business Partner. In 2012, they became an interim Human Resources Manager for LMS International. From 2013 to 2016, they were the Director and then Vice President of Human Resources for ABM Healthcare Support Services. In 2022, they began working as a Consultant/Independent Contractor and then took on the roles of Head of People and Sr. Vice-President, Head of People for Better Life Partners.

Gigi Sluiter obtained their Bachelor's of Science in Human Resources Development & Training from Oakland University. Gigi also holds a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification from the Human Resources Certification Institute, which they obtained in January 2008.
