Renatto Alvarez

Renatto Alvarez has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as Head of Innovation, Employee Experience & HR Tech at Betterfly since 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Natura as a Business Process Consultant from April 2020 to January 2022, and as a Project & Performance Coordinator from December 2018 to March 2020. Renatto also co-founded and managed Akiko Sushi from January 2018 to February 2020. Renatto began their career at Procter & Gamble in 2012, where they served as a Health Safety and Environment Site Manager from November 2015 to December 2017, and as a Process Engineer from October 2012 to October 2015.

Renatto Alvarez completed a Business, Innovation and Entrepreneurship Course at Scalabl Academy in 2020. Prior to that, they studied Mechanical Engineering at Universidad Nacional Experimental Politécnica 'Antonio José de Sucre' from 2008 to 2014.
