Julie Klingel

Julie Klingel has a long history of work experience. Julie began their career in 2001 as an On-site Clinician at Hathaway-Sycamores Child & Family Services. In 2003, they became the Director at the University of Santa Monica. From 2004 to 2009, they were the Director of Mental Health Services at St. Anne's and a Psychotherapist at Boulder Community Health. In 2015, they joined David Couper Consulting as an Executive Coach & Facilitator and Organization Development Consultant. In 2016, they became an Organization Development Consultant & Training Specialist at the State of Colorado. In 2018, they were a Professional Coach / Leadership Development Consultant at BetterManager. In 2019, they were an Executive Optimization Consultant at R3 Continuum and an Executive Coach & Facilitator at StarQuest Group. Finally, in 2020, they became a Coach/Mentor at Techstars.

Julie Klingel has an extensive education history. In 1997, they obtained a MA in Counseling Psychology from the University of Santa Monica. In 2013, they completed Certified Coach Training from Newfield Network. In 2017, they obtained a Certificate in Mediation from the University of Denver, and in 2018, they obtained a Certificate in Organization Development from the University of Denver. In addition, they have obtained numerous certifications, including Leadership Circle Profile Certification from The Leadership Circle (2021), Professional Certified Coach (PCC) from the International Coach Federation (2020), Birkman Certification from Birkman International, Licensed Psychotherapist - Colorado from the Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies, Licensed Psychotherapist, California from the Board of Behavioral Sciences, Myers-Briggs Certification from CPP, Inc., Scrum Master Certified (SMC) from the Scrum Alliance, and The Leadership Circle 360 Assessment for Leaders & Managers from The Leadership Circle.
