Lizzy D. Velasco

Lizzy D. Velasco's work experience includes positions at various companies and roles spanning several years. Lizzy is currently working at delaware North America as a Transformational Change Leader. Prior to that, they were a Managing Director and High Performance Coach at BetterManager. In 2020, they served as the CEO of LizzyDV&co. Lizzy also has an extensive background with Accenture, where they held multiple roles over the years. These roles included Global Service Delivery Lead, Health BPO Mobilization Tower Lead, and Global Governance Portfolio Lead for a Large Media and Entertainment Organization. Lizzy was also a Managing Director at Accenture for a period of time. Before that, they worked as a Global Delivery Mobilization Architecture Team Lead and North America Mobilization Lead at Accenture. Early in their career, they held roles such as Operations Manager at the US Delivery Center and SAP Systems Implementation Project Manager. Lizzy started their career as a Consultant specializing in Talent and Organization Performance.

Lizzy D. Velasco completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Management Engineering from Ateneo de Manila University, from 1991 to 1995. Following their undergraduate studies, they pursued a Transformational Coach Certification from Coach Masters Academy. Lizzy also holds additional certifications, including an Executive Coach certification from BetterManager obtained in November 2022, and two Certified Transformational Coach certifications from Coach Masters Academy obtained in January 2021 and February 2021, respectively.
