Atika Scott De Martinville, PhD, PCC, CPCC has a wealth of work experience, beginning in 1995 as an Integrated Logistic Support Consultant for EADS. Atika then moved to Eurogroup Consulting in 2000, where they worked as an Organisation and Management Consultant. In 2005, Atika began working for Danone, where they held three positions: Organisation and Development Manager, Themis (SAP) Change Management Coordinator, and IS&IT Group Treasury Manager. In 2012, they became a Leadership and Career Coach for Halo Partners LLC, where they specialized in creating customized coaching and learning programs. In 2018, Atika moved to Work with Candor, LLC as a Leadership and Career Coach, where they helped colleagues speak honestly, listen openly, think clearly and act purposefully. Finally, in 2022, Atika began working as a Leadership Coach for BetterManager.

Atika Scott De Martinville, PhD, PCC, CPCC has an extensive education history. Atika obtained a Master's degree in Computational and Applied Mathematics from Université de Bordeaux in 1995-1996. Atika then went on to earn their PhD in Computer Science from Université de Rennes I in 1995-2000. In 2012-2013, they completed a Co-active Professional Certified Coach (CPCC®) from Co-Active Training Institute. In 2017-2018, they completed an Organization and Relationship System Coaching from CRR Global. In 2019, they obtained a Certification in Hypnotherapy/Hypnotherapist from The Wellness Institute. In 2020, they obtained a Mindfulness Facilitator Certification from The Calm Monkey. Additionally, they have obtained certifications from inviteCHANGE, Hogan Assessment Systems, The Wellness Institute, Learning In Action Technologies, Inc., and International Coach Federation. Atika is also in the process of obtaining a certification from Positive Intelligence, Inc.
