Etienne David

Etienne David is a skilled Food Technologist currently working at Better Pulse since July 2023, focusing on plant protein development. In addition, Etienne has been employed at BetterSeeds Ltd since December 2022, and previously researched vegetal proteins and designed innovative products at SavorEat from May 2022 to January 2023. With a rich background in the food industry, Etienne owned Café Muza and a dietetic catering business between March 2021 and November 2022. Etienne's culinary expertise includes roles as Executive Pastry Chef at Restaurant Popina and Mul Yam Tel Aviv, and Production Manager at Gelateria Israël.
