Paola Campos López

Paola Campos López currently serves as a Talent & Culture | Learning & Development professional at BeWay since February 2023. Prior to this role, Paola worked at Fresh People as a Talent Partner from October 2021 to March 2023, where responsibilities included talent acquisition, IT recruitment, and coaching for C-level executives, alongside leading various HR projects. From November 2017 to October 2021, Paola was a Team Lead at Konecta, focusing on quality management and team development in a multinational business process outsourcing environment. Additionally, Paola provided executive coaching at the European Business Factory in July 2020. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from EBF Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Labor Relations and Human Resources from Universidade da Coruña.
