MOB H. currently serves as Group Head of Reward at Bibby Line Group since September 2024 and has also been the Global Head of Reward at Bibby Financial Services since August 2022. Prior experience includes significant roles in cash compensation and reward strategies at Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation, Deutsche Bank, Man, HSBC, and Genworth Financial, among others. MOB's expertise spans multiple sectors, particularly in compensation and benefits analysis and management. Education includes a BSc Hons in Mechanical Engineering from De Montfort University.
