Alexis Canty

Alexis Canty is a Language Specialist at BiCortex Languages and a Literacy Lab Specialist at BakerRipley. They are also a Teacher Leadership Fellow, 1st Grade Teacher, and Head Start Teacher. Additionally, Alexis serves as a Board Member and Secretary at Global Playground. They previously worked as a Test Reader at uExamS and held positions such as a Summer Creative Writing Camp Instructor at Rice University, Graduate Teaching Assistant at Relay Graduate School of Education, Graduate Teaching Fellow at KIPP Houston Public Schools, and Special Thanks and Recognition Coordinator at Childtime Learning Center. Alexis holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature and has several certifications in Early Childhood Education and Teaching.
