Susan Bartels

Susan Bartels is a professional with over two decades of experience in the social work field. Susan currently serves as the CEO of Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Lehigh Valley, where Susan provides executive leadership and strategic direction to achieve the organization's vision, mission, and business strategy. Prior to this role, Susan held positions such as Director of Programs and Program Manager at Big Brothers Big Sisters of Bucks County. Susan holds a Master of Social Work from Temple University and a Bachelor of Science in Social Work from Eastern Mennonite College.
