Srishty Mukherjee

Founding Member & Head of Customer Success at Big.Jobs

Srishty Mukherjee has been working in the field of People Operations since 2017. Srishty began their career as an Intern at Reliance Industries Limited, where they worked closely with the HR team to draft revised job descriptions and was responsible for on-boarding and engagement of Graduate Engineer Trainees. In 2019, Srishty joined Big.Jobs as a Founding Member and Head of Customer Success. Srishty then progressed to Senior Manager and Manager of People Operations before taking on their current role as People Operations Lead.

Srishty Mukherjee's education history includes a Bachelor of Management Studies (BMS) in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of Mumbai from 2015 to 2018 and a Higher Secondary in Commerce from St. Karen's Secondary School from 2013 to 2015. Srishty also holds several certifications, including Agile Foundations and Lean Six Sigma Foundations from LinkedIn obtained in October 2020, Recruiting Foundations, Sales Foundations, Strategies for External Recruiters, and Tech Recruitment Certified Professional from LinkedIn obtained in April 2019, and Devskiller obtained in April 2019.
