Mark Grace

Mark Grace has extensive work experience in data and transformation roles. Mark currently works at Big Red Group as the Data & Transformation Director, leading the largest experience marketplace in Australia and New Zealand. Prior to this, they held positions such as Data & Insights Director and Head of Data at the same company. Mark has also worked as an Analytics Consultant at Big Red Group.

Before joining Big Red Group, Mark was a Management Consultant at North Highland where they achieved significant accomplishments including leading the design and implementation of an insight platform for a global shopping center company, and overseeing a large implementation of geo-location technology for customer analytics.

Earlier in their career, Mark worked as an Event Manager for Clix Entertainment and as a Summer Intern at Conker Group, where they conducted research on online messaging systems.

Mark Grace has a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Bristol.
