Melissa Kremers

Melissa Kremers has over 20 years of experience in human resources. Melissa is currently the Director of Human Resources at Big Rock Sports, where they collaborate with executive leadership to develop a human resource strategy that supports the company's long-term goals. Melissa also researches and implements competitive compensation, benefits, and employee programs. Prior to their current role, Melissa worked at The MENTOR Network as a Senior Human Resource Business Partner, where they led the delivery of HR services and ensured proper resolution of employee relations issues. Melissa has also held HR roles at Viking Coca-Cola Bottling Company, Capstone Services, LLC, and Cooperating Community Programs, Inc.

Melissa Kremers obtained a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the College of Saint Benedict and Saint John's University, completing their education between 1996 and 2000.
