Josie Ballew

Josie Ballew is currently the Director of Revenue Operations and Enablement and Chief Of Staff at Billd. Josie has experience in managing executive-led projects, strategic planning meetings, and company communications. Previously, Josie worked as a Sales Enablement Manager, where Josie created a sales enablement function and led a change management process. Josie also has experience as an Account Manager and Account Executive, originating millions in construction financing and reworking forecasting methods. In addition, Josie has served in various roles at different companies such as Rabbet, Young Women's Alliance, Grupo Phoenix, and Hedrick Industries. Josie holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School.
