Austin Perry

Austin Perry is an experienced professional in customer education and training, currently serving as the Director of Customer Education at Billtrust since August 2024. Prior roles include Manager and Team Lead of Partner Education at Alarm.com, where Austin developed technical training solutions based on employee feedback.
