Pete Embs

Pete Embs has extensive experience in the financial industry, starting in 1996 as a Collections Manager at Security Storage Company. In 1997, they joined Arthur Andersen LLP as a Senior Financial Analyst until 1999 when they moved to Nortel Networks in the same role. Pete then joined WorldPay in 2002 and held various positions including Senior Accountant, Manager of Financial Reporting, Director of Financial Planning & Analysis, Vice President of Planning & Productivity Management, and Vice President (Interim) of California Small Business Sales. In 2012, they joined iPayment, Inc. as the Director of Revenue & Financial Planning and later became the Finance Director of Business Analytics. Pete then joined Paysafe Group in 2018 as the Finance Director, responsible for core Financial Planning & Analysis functions for the Payment Processing business unit. Pete was later promoted to Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis and SVP, CFO of Merchant Solutions. Finally, in 2023, Pete joined Billtrust as the Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis.

Pete Embs pursued their Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Virginia Tech, attending from 1991 to 1995. Following this, they pursued further education at Georgia State University's J. Mack Robinson College of Business, earning an MBA with a Management Concentration between 2000 and 2002.
