Lasse Pedersen

Lasse Pedersen is a Fermentation Research Scientist with experience in various companies such as Bioneer A/S, Evolva Biotech A/S, and Fluxome A/S. Lasse also has experience as a Fermentation Engineer at Novozymes A/S and as a Production Engineer in dry formulation. Lasse holds a Ph.D. in Biotechnology from DTU - Technical University of Denmark and a MSc Engineering in Biotechnology from Aalborg University.
