Shizhong Zhao (Albert)

Shizhong (Albert) Zhao has had a diverse work experience. Starting in 2012, they worked as a Research Assistant at East China University of Science and Technology, where they focused on characterizing sewage organic toxicity and implementing methods to remove biodegradable organics. In 2013, they became an Assistant Chemical Engineer at Sinopec Engineering Inc and a Research Assistant at the University at Buffalo. After that, they joined FMC Corporation as a Project Manager in 2014. In 2015, they transitioned to Biopeptek Pharmaceuticals LLC, where they held various roles including Business Development Manager, Director of Sales and Business Development, Vice President of Business Development, and Acting CEO.

Shizhong (Albert) Zhao's education history begins in 2009 when they enrolled at East China University of Science and Technology. Shizhong (Albert) obtained their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Environmental Engineering Technology/Environmental Technology, graduating in 2013.

In the same year, Zhao also obtained a certification in EHS Management System from the Department of Health and Environment in China. This certification showcased their expertise in managing environmental, health, and safety systems.

In 2013, Zhao further pursued their education and enrolled at the University at Buffalo, where they obtained a Master's Degree in Chemical Engineering. This degree enhanced their knowledge and skills in the field of chemical engineering. Shizhong (Albert) completed their studies in 2015.

Finally, Zhao is currently pursuing an Executive MBA degree at Columbia Business School, starting in 2022 and expected to complete their studies in 2024. This program will provide him with business and leadership skills necessary for their future career endeavors.
